Created in partnership with ACI-NA, the AirportNEXT program helps airports capture stakeholder insights and strengthen engagement. It is a sentiment survey covering 88 factors, distributed to as many as 16 key stakeholder categories.
After a successful pilot project in 2024, the full program has been launched with 32 airports across North America taking part.
